Assurance over GRC, projects and programmes

• There are a large number of change initiatives going on in many organisations, some system and process related and some concerning COVID

• IA needs to find an effective role in the middle of all of this – providing a helping hand, offering advice and offering assurance, but in a very focussed way

• What does it really mean to provide “insight” and “foresight”?

• Balancing audit and advice and methodologies for giving advice

• Assurance co-ordination – and how much can we rely on the work of others?

• Assurance over projects and programmes – latest good practices incorporating lean/agile techniques and flash reporting

Timing

08/02: 13.00-14.45 and 15.00-16.30

09/02: 09.00-10.30 and 10.45-12.15
